Suzan Salnikow
[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20″][vc_column_text]Suzan was first introduced to Pilates 15 years ago after a severe horse-riding accident, and instantly loved the way it made her feel. She attributes much of her recovery to her dedication to Pilates, and its perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and focus. Today, Suzan is stronger than she was even prior to the fall, and has made Pilates her primary source of exercise as it continues to challenge both her body and mind.
A keen hiker and trekker, Suzan credits Pilates for both her physical fitness and the determination that has carried her over numerous treks along the Himalayas. Mum of four active kids and a qualified and working optometrist, Suzan has a genuine love of helping people, whether it be cheering on the sidelines, at her clinic, or working with clients to discover how capable they truly are. Having trained under Alycea Ungaro herself, world-renowned pioneer of the Pilates method who learned directly from Romana Kryzanowska – Joseph Pilates’ protege – Suzan completed her certification process and apprenticeship under the Real Pilates New York Teacher Training Programme in 2021.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator type=”transparent” down=”80px”][button target=”_blank” hover_type=”default” text=”Book Now” link=”https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws?studioid=855&stype=-7&sView=week&sLoc=0&sTrn=100000603″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column][vc_column_text]
