Phoebe first approached Classical Pilates in search of a way to relieve her shoulder injury, and fell in love with the methodology when she experienced the continuous improvement in her body. She believes the systematic practice of Pilates gives people that necessary break from everyday routine and allows them to find greater freedom in movement.
Phoebe has just completed her training under the Real Pilates New York Teacher Training Programme at Flex Studio. As a certified yoga instructor, she also dedicates her practice to Yin, Yoga Nidra, and mindfulness. Her teaching focuses on sharing a delicate balance of body and mind awareness. Phoebe conducts lessons in both English and Cantonese Chinese language.
