Nicole Serje is a long-term fitness teacher and movement specialist, certified by the prestigious Australian Pilates Method Alliance and an impressive dance background. Also a certified personal and XTend Barre trainer, Nicole has worked extensively with a wide range of clients from professional dancers, to rehabilitation to pre/post natal. Merging technical excellence with a broad repertoire, Nicole brings a fresh perspective to her classes and is our go-to trainer for expectant and post-natal women.
