Feeling tight hips or hamstrings? Whether you’re an athlete, desk worker, or someone dealing with stiffness and discomfort, this targeted Yamuna Body Rolling workshop will help you release tension, improve flexibility, and restore mobility in these crucial areas.
Using specially designed Yamuna balls, you’ll lengthen muscles, stimulate circulation, and create space in the joints, allowing for deeper, more effective stretching to alleviate pain and tightness but also improves overall movement efficiency, posture, and alignment.

Elevate your dance technique with Pilates for Dancers, a specialized workshop designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and body control using Pilates apparatus. Led by Kris Belle, this session focuses on core stability, alignment, and dynamic movement, helping dancers improve balance, prevent injuries, and refine their overall performance. Using the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and other Classical apparatus, participants will work on deep muscle activation, spinal mobility, and precise movement control, all essential for dance longevity and fluidity. Introduction to Classical Apparatus 6-week Course
Classical Pilates is considered to be Pilates practice in its truest form. Joseph Pilates designed a number of ingenious pieces of equipment to work in conjunction with the Reformer and Mat, including the Wunda Chair, Cadillac/Tower Unit, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector. These apparatus challenge balance and stability, build strength, correct posture, and open the hips and shoulders. Learn the foundational exercises on these amazing pieces, and feel the full benefits of the Classical Pilates system. Completion of this course will enable participants to enroll in Beg/Level I Trios.

Introduction to Classical Reformer 6-week Course
Our 6-week Introduction to Classical Reformer course is designed to guide complete beginners through the foundational concepts of Classical Pilates, focusing on essential Reformer and Mat exercises.
This course empowers practitioners to practice efficiently and accurately in a group setting, with exercises that support core activation, effective breathing, spinal mechanics, and postural awareness.
Conducted in a small group setting, each participant receives individual attention to ensure a solid Pilates foundation and proper technique.

Classical Pilates for Scoliosis 6-week Course
This specialized program targets core stability, spinal flexibility and postural awareness to help alleviate symptoms of scoliosis and improve overall function.
This course will focus on the shoulder girdle and pelvic floor- two key areas that significantly impact spinal mechanics, with close attention to spinal alignment, shoulder positioning and pelvic floor engagement. Proper form and personalized modifications which are key to safely challenge the body and manage scoliosis symptoms will be closely guided throughout the course.
Ideal for those seeking effective management of scoliosis in a supportive environment. No prior experience required.
