Start your postpartum recovery in this Post Natal Workshop with Flex’s senior Pilates instructor Nicole Serje. You will be guided through key core-strengthening exercises to help bring back abdominal muscles for those with diastasis after pregnancy. Participants will also be individually assessed for abdominal separation at the start of the workshop.

Skiing and snowboarding require joint flexibility and stability, to turn freely with wide ranges of movements that are sudden, sporadic and potentially stressful for muscles and ligaments.

This workshop focuses on stretching and strengthening key muscles which provide joint stability at end ranges of motion.
