Introduction to Pilates

The physical and mental commitment necessary to achieve your goals is the
first, and most important step in the process of change. – Joseph Pilates

 

Participants will be guided through the key principles of Pilates, applicable to both Mat and Reformer repertoire. Master
fifteen key Reformer exercises in Classical order, as followed in Allegro I and
Multilevel classes. Learn the purpose behind each exercise and why exercise
sequencing matters. Suitable for Beginners and those wanting to better understand Classical
Pilates Reformer.
