Working in a high-stress job, Tamantha used to enjoy intense cardio workout routines as a way to take her mind off work. Over the years she realised the importance of having an all-rounded workout that also takes care of her mind, and prioritising correct body alignment. That was when she found Yamuna Body Rolling.
Tamantha is a certified Yamuna Body Rolling teacher and practitioner. She has also completed Slings Myofasical Training Education Part 1. She enjoys sharing her first-hand knowledge with her clients, spending time listening to their needs so she can customise specific routines that is most effective and beneficial to them. Her goal is to facilitate most (if not all) of her clients to walk out of the class with a new body!
