Yamuna Body Rolling for Better Posture
by Kazuyo Forrer a certified Yamuna® Practitioner
21 March, Saturday – 4:30pm to 6pm
Good neck posture starts with proper ribcage alignment. The ribcage plays a crucial role in movement and posture, as it connects to the neck and shoulders through muscles, ligaments, and nerves. When misaligned, it can lead to shoulder, neck, and back pain.
This workshop focuses on restoring ribcage alignment, allowing the head to return to a neutral position, the shoulders to open, and the arms to relax. Using Yamuna Body Rolling techniques, we’ll systematically release tension, elongate muscles from origin to insertion, and promote a more balanced posture. Experience deeper, more effective stretching and leave feeling lighter, taller, and more aligned!
