Cancellation notice
To be fair to other clients waiting for available slots, a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required for Private sessions and all classes.
We are happy to reschedule you to another class on the same day at no charge.
Class time
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your class. We allow latecomers into class no more than 10 minutes after class starts. We are happy to reschedule you to another class on the same day at no charge, or a late cancellation fee will apply.
