Andrea is a dynamic and multifaceted individual who has a profound love for movement and embraces an active lifestyle. She has a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the benefits of disciplined movement practices like Pilates. Andrea is an avid skier, enjoys hiking to connect with nature and playing tennis to stay active.

Andrea had a severe shoulder injury and her own healing journey with Pilates showed her how the Pilates system can provide personalized guidance, adapt exercises to individual needs, and ensure proper technique and safety.

With her background in yoga (completed Hatha Yoga Training in 2018) and Pilates (completed the 7th cycle of the REAL Pilates Teacher Training), Andrea has developed a comprehensive understanding of exercises that improve physical strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. Andrea is truly passionate about sharing her knowledge and experiences with others to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle.

Sessions with Andrea are available in both English and German.
