Crystal Chan

Crystal first got attracted to Pilates by the distinctive Reformer machine. It wasn’t until later that she realized there were so many other facets to the realm of Classical Pilates. Growing up in Canada, Crystal graduated from the University of Toronto with Honors specializing in Genes, Genetics and Biotechnology along with Environmental Policy. Post graduation, Crystal has worked in both environmental and banking/finance sectors before pursuing a career in the education field.

She would always find herself coming back to Pilates as a form of moving meditation which made her feel her best. The principles of lengthening, strengthening and lateral breathing to calm the mind and body is what draws her to Pilates over all other forms of movement. In a world where we are constantly bombarded with noise and bustle, Crystal wishes to cultivate mindful movement in all her clients and their unique bodies. Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness and it’s the mind itself which shapes the body in the world of Pilates.
Crystal is a graduate of Alycea Ungaro’s 7th Cycle of Classical RPTT program at FLEX Studio Hong Kong.

Sessions with Crystal are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
