Andrea Springmann
Andrea is a dynamic and dedicated teacher with a deep passion for the movement and the mind-body connection. An avid skier, hiker and tennis player, she enjoys staying active and continually challenging herself.
Andrea had a severe shoulder injury and her own healing journey with Pilates showed her how the Pilates system can provide personalized guidance, adapt exercises to individual needs, and ensure proper technique and safety.
With her background in yoga (completed Hatha Yoga Training in 2018) and Pilates (completed the 7th cycle of the REAL Pilates Teacher Training), Andrea has developed a comprehensive understanding of exercises that improve physical strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. Andrea is truly passionate about sharing her knowledge and experiences with others to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle.
Sessions with Andrea are available in both English and German.
