Ringi Luk

Ringi has been practicing Contemporary Pilates over the years and discovered the charm of Classical Pilates at Flex and fell in love with it. She found that with the repertoire that Joseph Pilates originally designed, she is able to achieve complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. That led her to join the 5th cycle of the Real Pilates Teacher Training program.

Ringi completed her REAL Pilates Teacher Training in March 2023 and sessions with her are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
