Originally from Australia, Morgan comes to Flex after four years of teaching at Pure Yoga and three years at XYZ Studio Hong Kong. This Master Trainer of Yoga, Barre and Indoor Spin began her career in classical and contemporary dance, before she made her mark all around Asia Pacific where she has helped to establish a number of successful fitness establishments from Thailand to Japan.

Morgan’s classes create a space where students feel confident to ask questions, gain strength and knowledge, and become more grounded in their daily routine. She places a heavy emphasis on alignment and transitions in both Hatha and Vinyasa styles. In her strong and intelligently sequenced classes, Morgan will challenge you to focus inward and tap into something bigger than what you thought was possible before you walked into the space.
