Camilla Chen

Growing up in Taiwan and New Zealand, I recently moved to Hong Kong to start a new chapter in my life. In 2013, I started practicing Vinyasa, Hot Hatha and Yin yoga in New Zealand. In 2015, I started teaching in Seattle for two years and Taiwan for one year.

Her passion for teaching comes from her personal practice where she has become more mindful and non-judgmental about herself and others. She especially loves practicing arm balances and inversions. Besides yoga, Camilla loves to go boxing, traveling, hiking and exploring cafes.
