Camilla Chen

Brought up in Taiwan and New Zealand, Camilla recently moved to Hong Kong to start a new chapter in her life. She began her yoga journey in 2013 practicing Vinyasa, Hot Hatha and Yin Yoga in New Zealand. In 2015, she moved to Seattle where she taught for two years, and Taiwan for one year after that.

Her passion for teaching comes from her personal practice in which she has become more mindful and non-judgmental about herself and others. She especially loves practicing arm balances and inversions. Besides yoga, Camilla loves to go boxing, traveling, hiking and exploring cafes.
