Motherhood changed Anthi’s life, and so did Pilates. A former lawyer, Anthi took her first Pilates class in 2014 driven by a desire to lose her baby belly. She fell in love with the method not only because it was great for her strength and physicality, but also for its connection between mind and body. A smaller waist, leaner muscles and a straighter spine were by-products of a regular Pilates practice.
With three young children, Anthi believes in a balanced approach to exercise and health, and provides progressive training that is accessible to everyone. She is currently completing her certification process and apprenticeship with the Real Pilates New York Teacher Training Programme under the direction of Alycea Ungaro. Anthi speaks English, Vietnamese and Japanese.
