Mayu has been practicing Classical Pilates with Flex Studio in Hong Kong since 2018. She finds Classical Pilates the best mindfulness and resiliency practice. Concentration, one of the six principles helps her to stay focused, keep pushing the boundaries and build strength further. Mayu completed the certification process and apprenticeship under the Real Pilates New York Teacher Training Programme in 2021.
Originally from Japan, Mayu has resided in seven countries over three continents. Her sessions are available in English and Japanese.
