Welcome to Week 9 of our Summer Video Series! This week, we start an entire month of workout videos with FLEXtreme Director, Andrea Ramirez, who takes you through a full body workout, so you can remain on track with your fitness while on holidays. 

Andrea is a highly experienced trainer who has lived and breathed the health industry her entire life. Here, she shows how simple moves can have a big impact.How many repetitions you do of these is up to you, but Andrea recommends between 8-10 of each. Some of these exercises require equipment, but you can do some of them using your own body weight in the absence of the kettle ball, for example. As always, remember to engage your core to protect your back, stretch before and after and if you have any pain or past injuries, modify the moves to suit. To ensure total safety, watch the video carefully before you begin, as this will ensure you can see Andrea’s correct alignment.

Exercises:

  • Side to side lunge
  • Sumo squats (the first two are warm ups)
  • Kettle Ball Swing
  • Push Up
