Lynn is currently a faculty member of the Hong Kong Ballet’s Classical Ballet Training Programme. Since becoming a dancer in the company, Lynn has been drawn to Pilates for its strength and mobility training, its balance and coordination work, and for pure joy!
Peter has made fitness and wellness his lifetime goal. He discovered the benefits of Pilates in Flex Studio back in 2017. His passion for Pilates led him to join the renowned Real Pilates Teacher Training (RPTT) in 2021.
Mayu has been practicing Classical Pilates with Flex Studio in Hong Kong since the summer of 2018. She is currently undergoing the certification and apprenticeship process under the Real Pilates New York Teacher Training Programme.
Debby centralises her exercises on the core. She also focuses on efficient movement as well as increasing the mobility of the body. Debby, also being a professional ballet instructor, likes to infuse some elements of ballet into her exercises.
Originally from Taiwan, Fang started her classical ballet training at the age of 7 and lived abroad to pursue a career as a professional dancer.

Ami completed her Pilates certification through the Real Pilates New York Teacher Training Program in the second quarter of 2024. She dedicated over a year to preparing her mind and body for the training, participating in private sessions and classes up to five times a week.
