Marlene’s discovery of the Pilates method began in 2014 and gained obvious benefits through the practice on her own body and well-being. Sessions are available in English and French.
Reina continues to utilize her knowledge of dance and physical well-being to personally explore and deliver fitness for all populations, through Xtend Barre and Pilates.
Flora is a certified yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance for more than 500hours. With her passion for yoga and wellness, she visited India to deepen her knowledge and keeps practicing.
Kristy is currently undergoing the certification process and apprenticeship under Real Pilates New York

Former dancer of Hong Kong Ballet, Anri has been actively sharing her love of movement and yoga since 2007.
Ami completed her Pilates certification through the Real Pilates New York Teacher Training Program in the second quarter of 2024. She dedicated over a year to preparing her mind and body for the training, participating in private sessions and classes up to five times a week.
Meet Charmine Fong, a certified Xtend Barre instructor at Flex Studio Hong Kong. Charmine began practicing Xtend Barre in 2019 as a way to improve her overall fitness and posture, and she quickly saw amazing results from consistent practice. Inspired by her transformation, Charmine completed her certification in Xtend Barre training and is now thrilled to share her passion for this amazing workout with others.
