Valerie is a professional circus artist with over 20 years of experience in the field. With a background in rhythmic gymnastics, hand balance and aerial arts, Valerie understands the importance of developing and maintaining a strong and healthy body. Pilates has been key in keeping the body strong and supple for performances and Valerie is keen to share her passion of Pilates and Aerial Arts with you!

Valerie is currently completing her 3rd Generation Classical Pilates certification with Alycea Ungaro’s REAL Pilates.
