Core Power Yoga 60min. Multilevel

In this class KookHee takes you on a physical and mental journey deep into your CORE. With the help of breath and specific asana poses we will build strength, balance and flexibility, with emphasis on building strength in the back and abs, and stability WITH flexibility in the hips and pelvis. Balance asanas require dynamic stabilization of your core, while vigorously performed asanas build stamina and breath control. Come and explore the incredible journey of working with your CORE. All levels welcome.

Detox Yoga Flow 75mins. Multilevel

This 75-minute class is designed to help remove the impurities that prevent us from realizing optimal health. These impurities may be found in the air we breathe, food we consume, and negative thoughts that cloud our emotions. Practiced for centuries, Detox Flow combines a sequence of Vinyasa flow asanas designed to stimulate the lymphatic, digestive and circulatory system by opening, compressing and twisting internal organs. Emphasis is also placed on deep and effective breathing, and alignment.

Express Flow Yoga 60min Multilevel

Open your heart and stretch out those aching shoulders and back in this energizing and therapeutic lunchtime yoga class. Fortify your body and calm your mind before returning to the office, picking up your kids, or running afternoon errands. One hour practicing yoga returns an afternoon of benefits.

Hatha Yoga 60min Multilevel

Hatha Yoga is perhaps the path of yoga which is the most popular branch of yoga. This branch of yoga uses physical poses (Asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) to achieve better health, as well as spirituality. There are nearly 200 Hatha yoga postures, with hundreds of variations, which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow – 75 min. Multilevel.

‘Vinyasa’: a flowing sequence of specific asanas (yoga postures) placed in a special way and coordinated with the breath. A deep and sweaty flow class that will stimulate your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling more balanced and connected. Expect traditional and creative sun salutations. Count on rooting down, flying up, heart and hip opening, and exploring your edges. Poses will be broken down and progress so that all levels can move, play, and breathe together.

Vinyasa Fundamentals 75mins Multilevel.

Are you a yoga fan, but never quite sure if you’re moving correctly? Unclear about proper breathing in a flow sequence? Slow Flow is fundamentally a Vinyasa Flow class, led at a gentler pace. The class focuses on proper alignment and positioning, with deeper attention on correct biomechanical movement. Utilizing props, and breaking down each movement, every posture becomes accessible. From week to week, the emphasis of the class will center on a key concept (such as shoulder alignment or pelvic position).

This class is also appropriate for more advanced practitioners interested in going back to basics with a slower-paced class, to focus on the fundamentals of their yoga practice.

Yin Yang 75min Multilevel.

A class to energize, strengthen and balance the body and mind. Yin-Yang Flow incorporates heat-building and standing poses, with a deep restorative practice, aiming to purify and realign the body-mind-spirit connection. Yin asanas reflect the stable, unmoving, hidden aspect of things, whereas yang asanas reflect is the changing, moving, revealing aspect. Cultivate a state of serenity to begin your busy day with this balancing practice.
