Flex offers a full schedule of quality programming for children every day after school. With classes for children ages 14 months to teen, we’ve teamed up with HK’s most dynamic instructors to offer Musical Theatre by Fusion Academy, our very own children’s Yoga and Taekwondo, and Twinkle Ballet. Due to popular demand, we’ve recently added an additional Teen Pilates class, Teen Yoga, Pre Teen Fitness Conditioning and a NEW Hip Hop/Street Jazz class to our FlexKids schedule. Classes are divided into age appropriate groups to cater to young growing bodies.

Fusion Academy of Performing Arts
Does your child love to sing dance and act? If so Fusion is the place for your child! We teach the 3 disciplines of the performing arts, dance acting and singing. The children learn these crafts in a fun and energetic environment from the most talented teachers, most of whom are working professional performers themselves. The children learn to be more confident, articulate, considerate, their memories are developed through learning dance steps, scripts, poems and songs, they learn to be part of a team and expand their imaginations. This is a gift that will spill in to all aspects of their lives both now, and in the future. The benefits of studying the performing arts are endless. We pride ourselves in our ability to inspire and pass on our skills to children in a fun, safe, and creative environment.
