Personal training is offered at Flex, using the latest fun and effective equipment such as TRX©, ViPR’s and Kettlebells to create your body transformation. Leading the Personal Training program is Adrian Li, founder of Look Good Naked Training Grounds. A highly motivational and popular trainer, Adrian who is also a TRX© Master Trainer, uses his wealth of knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals, from body composition change (fat loss), athletic performance improvement, or simply being able to play with your kids pain-free.
Jan Ball and Suru’da Long round out Flex’s personal training program. Certified in both Pilates and personal training, Jan and Suru integrate Pilates core work in their training sessions, giving their training that extra edge. Click here to read about our Personal Training Instructors.
Have a 60 min session by yourself, with a friend or even in a small group of up to 6 people! A private one-on-one session will help you gain confidence in perfecting technique while exercising in a group will bring out the real athlete within you. The cooperative or competitive dynamics of group training will bring your fitness to a new level and make you fall in love with exercise all over again.
Your training will be divided between proper alignment and joint mobility, core, and strength work. And with all the latest fitness equipment that Flex has to offer, you won’t get bored performing the same exercises over and over.
