Xtend Barrec. 55mins. Multilevel

The ultimate body-chiseling workout, the Xtend Barrec Workout is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre and mat to give you a sculpted body – and fast! By using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, the Xtend system sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out.

Look Good Nakedc ViPR? Power Circuit 50mins Intermediate

Working with LGNc Training Grounds founder and triathlete Adrian Li, look and feel your best with the latest training tools namely ViPR?s, supplemented with Kettle Bells, TRXc and Twist Conditioning equipment. Using these tools, have fun while burning calories, creating muscle definition and learning to move quicker and better. With only a few short breaks, the class will be a combination of strength and core work, stamina and agility. Be warned! The ripped abs you’ll develop will keep you begging for more.

Born in the U.S. Navy SEALS and developed by Fitness AnywhereR, Suspension TrainingR is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. Perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity to match your fitness level.

Pre-Natal Conditioning. 60min. Consult your physician before commencing a new exercise regime during pregnancy


Designed for mums-to-be who want to stay fit during pregnancy, this hybrid class combines specific Pilates Mat exercises and general fitness conditioning
moves to safely tone the pre-natal body. Emphasis is placed on activating proper stabilizing muscles to protect the lower back and provide pelvic support thus alleviating back pain, maintain proper upper back posture, and tone areas that quickly go out of shape during pregnancy. Participants will also be cued on the muscles to avoid over-working pre-natally, as well as gentle stretching. No prior experience required. Props and modifications will be given for all trimesters.
