New parking info at One Island South
Yes, there is relief from all the traffic! This just in…you may opt to park at One Island South, located at Heung Yip Street. Octopus parking is available on the 1st floor of the parking garage; the walk to Flex is approx 5 – 7 mins. We will post driving directions on our website soon; please inquire at Reception for a description of how to access parking at One Island South.

Octopus parking is located in the Southmark Building on Yip Hing Street.
Park on the lowest parking level LG5, exit the building past the Schroff office onto Yip Kan Street;
Turn left and the Regency Centre Phase II is approx a 3 minute walk on the right-hand side of the road.
Enter the rear of the building through the small parking lot, through the building lobby, and up one flight of stairs to Flex on the first floor.
Approx. 7 minutes to Flex, door-to-door, after parking on LG5 in the Southmark Building.
