Mika became involved in fitness in her early 40’s after 12 years as Flight Attendant while juggling two children. She originally developed a passion for long distance running before turning to Pilates and then later, the Yamuna Method. Mika is a qualified Mat and Reformer Instructor for Pilates and is Hong Kong’s first certified Yamuna practitioner, focusing on body sustainability, flexibility and the creation of positive links between body and the mind. Mika trained directly under Yamuna Zake in New York and teaches in both English and Japanese.
