Welcome to Week 10 of our Summer Video Series! This week, FLEXtreme Director Andrea Ramirez continues her fitness workout, designed to strengthen the entire body and help you torch the calories.
Andrea is a highly experienced trainer who has lived and breathed the health industry her entire life. Here, she shows how simple moves can have a big impact. How many repetitions you do of these is up to you, but Andrea recommends between 8-10 of each. As always, remember to engage your core to protect your back, stretch before and after and if you have any pain, modify the moves to suit. To avoid injury, watch the video carefully before you begin, as this will ensure you can see Andrea’s correct alignment.

- Leg tucks/toe tap with straight leg
- High knees
- Band with leg raises
- Back step/toe tap with band (both legs)
- Core work – Hands to toes (lying down) with a band
