Yogilates blends demanding Pilates exercises with Yoga Hatha asanas. By rapidly performing these exercises participants experience a cardiovascular workout, strengthen and stretch muscles, and re-balance body and mind. Leave class with a tension free, strong body and a clear mind.
A healing practice focused on realigning and stretching the connective tissues of the body, Yin asanas stretch the body without using any muscular force. Utilizing props as needed, students will experience long held deep stretches to also connect with the rhythm of the breath and cultivate a meditative mind. Some pranayama and meditation may be included. The perfect restorative practice to bring body and mind into balance. All levels welcome.
