AntiGravity® Fundamentals

This introductory class most suitable for new students and “easy riders,” but open to all. One will become familiar with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock and the new sensations associated with inversions and flying, while building knowledge of foundational movements essential to progression in the practice. The movements are broken down incrementally, incorporating zero compression inversions, mobility, suspended stretching and FUN!

AntiGravity® Decompression Session

AntiGravity® Decompression Session is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether it’s your first time flying with us or you’re an experienced flyer, this consistent sequence of AntiGravity® Fundamentals curriculum will decompress, mobilize, and sharpen awareness in both body and mind.

AntiGravity® Stretch & Release

AntiGravity® Stretch & Release is a unique class design that incorporates a combination of Zero Compression Inversions, joint mobility movement, suspended stretching, and relaxation. This class is geared towards decompressing, stretching and relaxing the body and mind.

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga

AntiGravity® Restorative Yoga is the gentle, meditative, slow stretching and rehabilitative version of AG Aerial Yoga. This approach is perfect for those who are in recovery mode or like an approach that gives you time to tune in at a deep level. This unique method focuses the mind through powerful visualizations as you float through a series of gentle gyro-kinetic motions, deeply opening the entire spine, hips, and connective tissues of the body. This technique features full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock height is lowered much closer to the mat for greater accessibility and relaxation. AG Restorative Yoga is an excellent class for first timers.

AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga

Explore moving in all directions of open space with the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock as you swing and soar your way to greater health & wellbeing. This class introduces you to meditation, pranayama, and asana postures, while focusing on building upper body strength, core strength, flexibility, mobility; including a variety of zero compression inversions and aerial levitations.

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness

Elevate your workout, burn calories and raise your mood. Utilised first by our team of athletes, this class is designated to give students a full body, high intensity, functional exercise using the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. Classes incorporate Zero-compression inversions, core conditioning, cardio training, agility, aerial levitations and advanced flips and tricks. This new technique is an exciting new way to get fit and strengthening the entire body while increasing kinaesthetic, and proprioceptive awareness. Jammin tunes and a playful approach makes this workout both effective and FUN!

Highly recommend minimum of 3 AntiGravity® classes beforehand to get accustomed to the apparatus. Short sleeves & leggings required (for hygiene & comfort). Inform instructor of any precautions in advance. Not for the fear-ridden or for those easily prone to motion sickness. Bring a sweat towel and water!

AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness: Lunch Hour Absolute Abs

Elevate your workout, burn calories and raise your mood. Utilised first by our team of athletes, this class is designated to give students a full body functional exercise using the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. This 50 minute fast paced lunch hour session is designed to give you a high intensity core blasting workout that includes targeted deep layer abdominal training, multiple repetition and sets of planks, flying crunches and Zero Compression Inversions.

Highly recommend minimum of 3 AntiGravity® classes beforehand to get accustomed to the apparatus. Short sleeves & leggings required (for hygiene & comfort). Inform instructor of any precautions in advance. Not for the fear-ridden or for those easily prone to motion sickness. Bring a sweat towel and water!

AntiGravity® Pilates

Perform Pilates exercises from the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel – all on the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock. This class incorporates multi level hammock adjustments for students to gain greater spinal flexibility, deep layer core strengthening, and head to toe body realignment. Pilates reaches new heights in the AntiGravity® Hammock by adding Zero Compression Inversions and Free swinging.

A minimum of 3 AntiGravity® Fundamentals classes is highly recommended for those who are new to the Harrison Hammock.

AntiGravity® AIRbarre (Launches in October)

The newest Aerial Fitness technique to come out of AntiGravity® Fitness, AIRbarre, challenges the body and mind beyond the vertical plane and up into the air! This class develops ideal bodylines through the toning and lengthening of muscles, while also developing balance and agility. Utilizing the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock as a ballet barre, gain toned legs, core strength, and butt while increasing your coordination and agility with exercises from various dance forms. This cardio-centric class also incorporates movement on multiple planes of motion from the aerial arts. Expect to have fun, laugh and work your butt off!

A minimum of 3 AntiGravity® Fundamentals classes is highly recommended for those who are new to the Harrison Hammock.
