Rhiannon Lambert

Originally from Sydney, Rhiannon has trained in dance since a young age and worked professionally in the industry since the age of 18. Travelling all over the world working for companies such as Princess Cruises, Hong Kong Disneyland and Grand Lisboa Macau, she realized she had an extreme interest in the human body and how it worked. Following that passion, she eventually made the transition over to the fitness industry and became certified as a personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a nutritionist in Sports and Exercise Nutrition with Precision Nutrition, as well as a certified TRX and Schwinn Indoor Cycling instructor.

Simonne Holdsworth

Simonne is qualified in Personal Training from Premier Training and NASM, specialized training for pre and post pregnancy, Pilates mat from Michael King Pilates, TRX, as well as Group Cycle. She has worked with London’s most exclusive studios and completed numerous marathons and long distance bike events.

No matter the challenge you set for yourself, Simonne will get you there − whether it be event training, or simply getting more energy to spend with your family.

Tylira Miller-Crispe

Growing up in Australia, Tylira has always had a passion for health and well-being, and an understanding of how important it is to incorporate fitness into your daily life.

Having lived and traveled in England, Malaysia and Hong Kong, Tylira understands the challenges that people face in making sure that they get a true work-life balance and take the proper time to live a fit and healthy lifestyle.
