Bonita originally discovered Pilates in a bid to alleviate knee and back pain sustained after a horse riding accident. Through regular practice, the keen sportswoman and movement practitioner realized Pilates improved her performance in all activities.
Eventually, she quit her office job and become a Pilates instructor. Bonita focuses on the whole body connection and aims to help clients reach increased functionality.
She is fluent in English, Cantonese and French.
