07 Dec Are You A PhilanthroFIT
It’s a thing. Seriously. And it’s a very good thing, too.
Basically, the new trend of being a Philanthrofit is someone who works out while giving to charity, that is, a person being philanthropic while toning their muscles or burning calories.
According to a report from Cosmopolitan (https://www.cosmopolitan.com), we are motivated if we pay for exercise, but even more so if we know that part of that money is going to charity. And the growth of apps, such as Budge and Charity Miles, is testament to this movement.
Luckily for Flex clients, we’re making it easy for you to join in with this merry band of charity givers.
From December 10-21 at both Flex studios, we are offering the 12 Days of Flexmas (http://flexhk.com/promotions/) whereby selected classes are just HK$100 – and all donations go to Save the Children Fund. There’s also great gifts from Xtend Barre®, Barebells and VitaCoco
“You not only get an amazingly cheap deal, but you’re doing good for an incredibly worthy cause,” says Flex director Heather Thomas Shalabi.
“We ran this program at Flex with Save the Children last year and it was a huge success for the charity. It’d be great to see as many clients taking this opportunity to give back, snap a few insta’ photos with their favourite trainers, feel great, look great and join the growing band of likeminded Philanthrofits!”
Choose classes such as Pilates, Xtend Barre® Yoga, AntiGravity® and FLEXtreme. There’s something for all ages, bodies and fitness levels, so make the most of the season of giving and meet us on the mat!
